By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All services and products are subject to Dutch law and applicable EU consumer protection regulations.


2. Products & Services

This website offers the following:

  • Custom artwork commissions

  • Physical art prints

  • A recurring print club subscription (membership-based service)

Each category has its own specific terms outlined below.


3. Commissions (Custom Artwork)

3.1 Request & Acceptance

Commission requests are subject to approval. I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.

Work will only begin once payment (full or Artist Fee) has been received.

3.2 Payment

Payment terms will be agreed before work begins and may include:

  • Full upfront payment, or

  • A non-refundable fee to cover for materials and time

3.3 Revisions

Unless otherwise agreed, commissions for acrylic painting do not include revisions as stated in the project agreement.

3.4 Cancellation & Refunds

Because commissions are custom-made, refunds are not provided once work has started.

If I am unable to complete a commission, a full refund will be provided.

3.5 Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • I retain full copyright of all artwork

  • You receive a personal-use license unless commercial rights are explicitly granted

  • I may display commissioned work in my portfolio, website, or social media

Commercial use, reproduction, or resale is not allowed without written permission.


4. Prints

4.1 Product Information

All prints are produced as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing methods.

Sizes may vary slightly due to production processes.

4.2 Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in euros and may include or exclude VAT depending on applicable requirements.

4.3 Shipping

Orders are processed within the stated timeframe on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and postal services.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs processing.

4.4 Returns & Refunds

For standard (non-custom) prints, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU law.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

Custom or made-to-order prints are excluded from the right of withdrawal where production has already begun.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos so a replacement or solution can be arranged.


5. Print Club (Subscription Service)

5.1 Membership

The print club is a recurring subscription that may include monthly or periodic deliveries of prints or exclusive artwork.

By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing based on your selected plan.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically monthly.

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will apply from the next billing cycle. Already-processed payments and shipped items are non-refundable.

5.4 Pausing or Changes

Depending on availability, you may be able to pause your subscription. Details will be provided separately if applicable.

Prices, content, or benefits of the subscription may change with reasonable prior notice.

5.5 Shipping

Shipping times and methods for subscription items will be communicated separately and may vary depending on location.


6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of The Unapologetic Feminist unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute artwork without permission

  • Use artwork commercially without a licence

  • Mint or use artwork as NFTs without written consent


7. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

I collect only the personal data necessary to process orders and provide services, such as:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Shipping address

  • Payment information (processed securely via third-party providers)

Your data is used solely for order fulfilment and communication related to your purchase.


8. Cookies

This website may use cookies for:
